Christian Lursen was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and is the youngest of three.  His first job was at Chick-fil-A Lake Norman in 2011 as a part time college student at Appalachian State University. After graduating with a Finance and Banking degree in 2014, Christian decided to work in college ministry for Reformed University Fellowship at Delta State University (their mascot is the Fighting Okra) in Cleveland, MS.  While working in ministry, Christian had the longing to pursue business ownership in order to provide job opportunities, serve a community, and build the leaders of tomorrow.  He then went back to work for Chick-fil-A Lake Norman and grew into a Director of Operations that was responsible for compelling Chick-fil-A to invest another restaurant under his leadership.  Through each season, he has learned invaluable lessons in leadership, business, and personal growth.  In addition to Chick-fil-A’s stellar reputation as an industry leader, Christian was able to consistently lead his team in the following chain metrics:

• Top 5% in waste management
• Over top 10% in Customer Satisfaction
• Over 3% above average net profit  
• Higher retention and lower turnover than the chain average 

Christian founded 2717 Consulting in 2024 and is excited to utilize over a decade of experience in leadership in the quick service industry to have a deep, positive impact in Chick-fil-A’s and businesses across the Carolina’s.
